DOES MERET OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping for web orders greater than $99.00 shipped within the
continental United States. Some restrictions may apply.

ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

We ship Monday – Friday, except holidays. All web orders are shipped within 48 hours or less.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, you will select the country you are shipping to at check-out. Freight, taxes, and duty will be applied to your order.

HOW CAN I VIEW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships. We can also provide tracking for your order upon request. Please email us at info@meretusa.com.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

Our algorithm calculates the quickest and least expensive shipping option. The majority of our
shipments go UPS. Other carriers may be used depending upon your specific area and
circumstances.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?

We will contact you with an approximate ship date or you can cancel your order within 24
hours after our notification.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 15-day return policy.  Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping charges
will not be refunded. Product must be in original packaging and in salable condition.  Return
shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must include a Return
Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). For an RMA# please contact Customer Service at
info@meretusa.com

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE?

In the event you receive a defective product, please email us at info@meretusa.com or call 949.502.3210 Monday – Friday. Please have your invoice number when you call.

DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

MERET warrants its bags to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the
life of the product.  Products that are beyond their useful life caused by normal wear and tear,
abuse, or neglect, will not be covered.  To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA),
please contact Customer Service at 949.502.3210, or email us at info@meretusa.com.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY MERET BAG?

Cleaning Process:
Wash all MERET bags by hand. DO NOT Machine Wash or Machine Dry - this will not
only damage the bag, but also void the warranty.
Cleaning Solutions:
All MERET bags should be cleaned using cold water and detergent. Using warm or hot
water may actually increase the stain. For general cleaning, use any available laundry
detergent or a detergent specifically for hand wash. For stubborn stains, treat with a
fabric stain remover, and then wash as normal. For spot cleaning or removing
contaminants, use an antimicrobial spray, fluid, or wipe. DO NOT use chlorine bleach.
Use a nylon soft bristly brush if necessary.
